The owner of Hoopdaloop, Pat McCammon, was on disability for 15 years with Crohn's disease. Then in June of 2005 she turned 50 years old. This milestone caused her to reevaluate her life and determine what she wanted to do for the next 50 years. After reading an article out of England about the benefits of a weighted hula hoop, Pat searched for a reasonably priced hoop. However, she was unsuccessful and decided this was something she could do. Pat went off of disability in March 2006. Pat thanks everyone who has participated in her success.
