Stomach issues and advice on rectifying them
I have found that using the a water-weighted hula hoop has a calming effect on inflammation and stomach pain. It’s gentle and relaxing almost like a massage.
After many years of doing stomach crunches and situps I have found that this method, using a water-weighted hula hoop is much easier on my back and stomach than traditional exercises.
It’s just like being a kid again and takes you to your happy place while you burn away your midsection.
