I work out at Curves 4 days a week and after my workout I hoop 15-20 min. I always hoop on the weekends. I Love my HOOPDALOOP weighted hula hoop. I've lost 2" in my waist.
After 10min I'm sweating, my heart rate is up. Great cardio workout.
